- The raw salt is processed, washing, drying, sieving to select a specific granulometry.
- High-quality, high-purity salt, ranging between 99.6% and 100% purity.
- Main characteristic is a maximum moisture content of 0.3%.
- Dried Sea Salts are classified according to grain size, (from smallest to largest), and physicochemical characteristics in accordance with their Data Sheet.
- Potassium iodide or sodium iodide is added in according to customer requirement and regulations of the country of destination.
