Thai Japonica
Japonica grains are short and roundish, do not shatter easily. sticky, firm texture and slightly sweet. The cooked grains are sticky enough to easily be picked up with chopsticks.
Thai Pathumthani Fragrant Rice
Thai Pathumthani Fragrant Rice is the new strain of fragrant rice. It has the nearly similar appearance of Thai Hom Mali Rice while the fragrance is lighter
