Many farmers are pushed to use harmful chemicals and fertilizers due to fast-moving demands for production. We go to the origins to provide training, education and support to the farmers.

 We provide training for the local teams and farmers on sustainable farming to our farmers to create 100% eco-friendly systems as well as  GMPs, QMS, food safety SOPs according to international standards. Our aim is to, train and educate farmers to ensure sustainable spice sourcing. In Dorson we believe that success is only possible by creating sustainability and providing support to the local farmers.
