Red Chilies

Red chilies from Nahuatl chili, are different species of the berry-fruit produced by plants in the Capsicum genus. The pith and seeds of red chilies are the hottest parts, and they are hollow. Chili peppers are frequently used as a spice to add “heat” to foods in many different cuisines.

Taste: Hot, pungent, spicy, mild, fruity, and incredibly appealing in both appearance and flavour.

-Harvesting: Depending on the type, season, and environment, fertility, and water management, the crop life of chilli is between 150 and 180 days.

-Harvesting Period: July through August, monsoon season.
